Buy Now Pay Later Orders

• Orders paid through Klarna or Clearpay require an additional 5 to 6 business days for processing
• Once processing is complete, your order will be dispatched or prepared for collection

• Delivery takes 1 to 3 business days once processing is complete

Booking an Installation

• Book through rayshairhub.as.me and select Purchased Hair from Us to receive the discounted installation price
• For In Stock Hair, book your appointment at least 5 days after purchasing
• For Pre Order Hair, book your appointment at least 10 days after ordering

The discounted installation is available when your hair purchase includes a minimum of:

• One Wig Unit

or
• One Lace System with three Bundles

All sales are final and orders cannot be cancelled or exchanged. Returns are only considered if an item arrives incorrect, damaged or defective. Any issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery, and the item must remain unused, unaltered and in its original packaging.
