SHIPPING, DELIVERY, AND BOOKING POLICY FOR RAYSHAIRHUB

Thank you for shopping with RaysHairHub. We are committed to providing high-quality products and excellent customer service. Please carefully review our policy below regarding shipping and deliveries.

At RaysHairHub, we strive to ensure your orders are processed and delivered promptly. Below, we provide comprehensive information regarding shipping, delivery times, processing durations, and other essential details. Please review the following policies to ensure a smooth ordering experience:


Key Distinction: Raw Hair vs. Virgin Hair

Vietnamese Raw Hair:

  • Sold strictly on an in-stock basis and updated regularly. We aim to restock monthly; updates are shared via our social medias @RaysHairHub.

  • Raw hair that is in stock is available for same-day collection from our Welling location or Express delivery (see details below).

  • Raw hair typically consists of raw bundles only; we do not currently stock raw frontals/closures.

Virgin Hair:

  • Typically offered on a pre-order basis.

  • Requires processing before collection or shipping (see timeframes below).

  • Virgin hair consists of bundles, frontals, closures, pre-made wigs, and pre-coloured hair.

We frequently update our stock to reflect available products.


How to Identify Pre-Order and In-Stock Products

Here's how to distinguish between in-stock and pre-order items when browsing our collections:

In-Stock Products:

  • When a product is available for immediate purchase, the listing will display an "Add to Cart" button.

  • These items are available for quick dispatch, typically shipped within 1-3 business days or eligible for same-day collection during business hours.

 

Pre-Order Products:

  • Products available on a pre-order basis will be clearly marked with "ADD TO CART (Pre-Order)". This means the item requires additional processing time before shipment. Specific details vary depending on the product type:

 

Virgin Hair Pre-Orders

  • Virgin hair is primarily offered on a pre-order basis; however, processing times are shorter than Vietnamese raw hair.

  • Once pre-ordered, virgin hair requires a 5-7 business day processing period, during which the item is prepared for shipment.

  • Note that Virgin pre-made wigs and coloured wigs/bundles/frontals/closures may be subject to slightly longer processing times (an additional 3-5 days).

  • After processing, the product will be shipped to you within 1-3 days via express shipping or will be available for pickup if you choose that option at checkout.

 

Join the Waitlist for Vietnamese Raw Hair

  • Vietnamese Raw hair is sold strictly on an in-stock basis; there is no pre-order option.

  • When Vietnamese raw hair is out of stock, customers can join the waitlist to be notified when the next monthly restock is available.

  • Restock availability varies monthly. Once restocked, raw hair will be available for immediate purchase and shipped according to the usual in-stock timeframe.

  • Customers are encouraged to join the waitlist early to secure availability in the upcoming restock window, and to be notified first when stock is available.

  • Restock windows and updates will be clearly communicated via our social media channels @Rayshairhub.

By displaying this clear distinction between in-stock and pre-order items, we aim to provide you with full transparency, allowing you to plan your purchases effectively. Always review product descriptions for specific timelines and details before checkout.


Shipping Days:

We process and ship orders Monday through Friday. Orders placed during weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.


Processing Times

Raw Bundles (In-Stock):

  • Standard Processing: Orders are processed within 2-3 business days before shipment.

  • Same-Day Collection: Available for raw hair in stock from The Vee Beauty Salon, Welling during business hours (Tuesday-Saturday, 10 AM - 6 PM).

  • Express Delivery (1-3 days) 

 

Virgin Hair (Pre-Order or Limited In-Stock):

  • Standard Processing: Pre-ordered items require 5-7 business days BEFORE shipment.

  • Note that virgin pre-made wigs and coloured wigs/bundles/frontals/closures may require longer processing times. If the item is not in stock, please allow an additional 3-5 business days for pre-made wigs/custom colouring services.

  • BNPL Orders: 8–10 business day processing, regardless of item type.

  • Occasional Same-Day Collection: Only when explicitly stated as available. You will receive an email notifying you when your order is ready for pickup.

  • Virgin hair is generally not available for same-day collection or express delivery unless explicitly stated, which is signified by the ability to add it to cart without the pre-order notice. Pick-up is still available for pre-order items; however, this will only be possible after the required processing days have passed.

  • Processing times may extend further during busy seasons or sales periods.


Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL) Orders:

Orders placed with BNPL options (e.g., Klarna, Clearpay) require longer processing: 8-10 business days before dispatch. Please factor this into your delivery expectations.


Products & Accessories (Coming Soon):

  • Like raw hair, work on an in-stock basis.

  • Processing Time: 2-3 days before shipment.

  • Same-day collection: Available if product/accessory is in stock.

  • Express Delivery (1-3 days) 


Custom-Made Units (Coming Soon):

Custom-made units are fully customised, including plucking, bleaching, styling, colouring, and tailored to your head measurements.

  • Without Installation: Processing requires 15-20 business days, excluding shipping times.

  • With Installation with RAYSHAIRHUB: Schedule your installation at least 20 days after purchase to allow for production and preparation.


Delivery Options & Costs

United Kingdom (UK)

  • Express Delivery: £6.99 (delivery within 1-3 business days).

  • Pick up in store: FREE (same-day collection available for in-stock items). 

European Union (EU)

  • Estimated delivery: 2-11 business days (after processing), typically 4-6 days.

  • Cost: £15.00 (calculated at checkout).

  • Note: Customs clearance may delay delivery due to Brexit.

United States & Canada

  • Delivery via DPD, UPS, or FedEx.

  • Estimated delivery: 2-11 business days (after processing), typically 3-5 days.

  • Cost: £20.00 (calculated at checkout).

Africa (Nigeria & South Africa)

  • Delivery via DPD, UPS, or FedEx.

  • Estimated delivery: 2-11 business days (after processing).

  • Cost: £20.00 (calculated at checkout).

International (Other Regions)

  • Standard Delivery: 2-11 business days via DPD, UPS, or FedEx (after processing).

  • Cost: £20.00 (calculated at checkout).


Customs & Duties

For international orders, please be aware that customs duties, taxes, or other fees may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. Please contact your local customs office for more information before placing an order.
Brexit Impact: UK orders to the EU may experience delays due to customs clearance.


Collection Orders (Pick Up In Store)

Same-day collection is available for in-stock products at our Welling salon. Items can always be picked up in store if you select “Pick Up In Store” at checkout. However, if the item is not currently in stock, the standard processing times will apply before it becomes available for collection. Collection is free of charge.

Pick-up in Store

  • Pick-up is available for all items after the required processing days.

  • If booking an appointment with RaysHairHub, please select “Pick up in store.”

  • You will be notified via email when your order is available. Same-day collection is only available for in-stock products.

Same-Day Collection

  • Same-day collection is available for some UK orders (in-stock items). Please contact us via WhatsApp at wa.me/447354718088 to confirm availability.

  • For items in stock, same-day pick-up is available from The Vee Beauty Salon, Welling during business hours (Tuesday-Saturday, 10 AM - 6 PM).


Booking an Appointment with RaysHairHub

If you wish to book an appointment with RaysHairHub for the hair you purchased, please select PICK UP IN STORE option at checkout.

For In-Stock Products:
Installations for in-stock products will be available 5 days after purchase. You can book your appointments 5 days from your date of purchase via rayshairhub.as.me. Please contact info@rayshairhub.com if there is any confusion.

Pre-Order Products:
After purchasing virgin pre-order bundles or a unit, book an installation date at least 10 days after purchase via rayshairhub.as.me.
If purchasing Vietnamese raw bundles, please ensure the bundles are in stock and have arrived before booking your appointment with RHH.

Steps for Booking:

  • You can book an appointment at rayshairhub.as.me.

  • When booking, please select the option PURCHASED HAIR FROM US to enjoy a discounted install due to your purchase.

  • Pay the deposit at booking; the remaining balance is due on the installation day.

Note: Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.


Important Notes:

  • During busy periods orders, especially complex orders(e.g., dyeing services), processing may take longer.

  • Processing times are separate from shipping times.

  • Pre-orders may arrive sooner than the estimated timeframe, but delays are accounted for to ensure accuracy.

  • When ordering bundles and frontals/closures, a minimum of 2 pcs (e.g., frontal + 1 bundle or 2 bundles) are required to fulfil the order. This does not apply if you are picking up the order in person, then ordering 1 pc is allowed.


Important Customer Information

Incorrect Shipping Details:
Customers are responsible for entering accurate shipping details during checkout.
If an incorrect address is provided, a redelivery fee of £6.20 will apply, along with the new shipping fee.

Lost or Missing Parcels:
Once a parcel is marked "Delivered" by the courier, RaysHairHub is not responsible for loss or theft.
We do not refund or reship parcels marked as delivered.

Customs and Duties:
International shipments may incur customs duties or fees, which are the customer’s responsibility.

Delayed Shipments:
Delays may occur during busy periods, public holidays, strikes, or other external factors. Customers are advised to order well in advance of important events.

Tracking:
A tracking number is provided once your parcel is dispatched. Use it to follow your order’s journey.


Key Recommendations for Customers

  • Plan Ahead: Always allow enough time for processing and delivery, particularly for pre-orders or custom-coloured items, to avoid delays for special occasions.

  • Book Installations After Delivery: Only book hair appointments or consultations after receiving and inspecting your order. RaysHairHub will not be held responsible for missed or cancelled appointments due to delayed orders.

  • Double-Check Your Basket: Ensure all details are correct before completing your purchase to prevent errors or delays, as RaysHairHub will not be held liable for this.

  • Custom Colouring Orders: Place orders requiring custom colouring with sufficient lead time, especially if needed for a specific occasion.

  • Account for Processing Times: Pre-orders, especially for custom-made items, should be placed with ample time to account for processing and delivery durations.

Final Notes

Orders are shipped using trusted carriers (Royal Mail, DPD, FedEx). Tracking details will be provided upon dispatch. Public holidays, strikes, or busy periods may extend delivery times. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
