Key Distinction: Raw Hair vs. Virgin Hair
Vietnamese Raw Hair:

Sold strictly on an in-stock basis and updated regularly. We aim to restock monthly; updates are shared via our social medias @RaysHairHub.

Raw hair that is in stock is available for same-day collection from our Welling location or Express delivery (see details below).

Raw hair typically consists of raw bundles only; we do not currently stock raw frontals/closures.
Virgin Hair:

How to Identify Pre-Order and In-Stock Products
Here's how to distinguish between in-stock and pre-order items when browsing our collections:
In-Stock Products:

When a product is available for immediate purchase, the listing will display an "Add to Cart" button.

Pre-Order Products:

Virgin Hair Pre-Orders

Virgin hair is primarily offered on a pre-order basis; however, processing times are shorter than Vietnamese raw hair.

Once pre-ordered, virgin hair requires a 5-7 business day processing period, during which the item is prepared for shipment.

Note that Virgin pre-made wigs and coloured wigs/bundles/frontals/closures may be subject to slightly longer processing times (an additional 3-5 days).

After processing, the product will be shipped to you within 1-3 days via express shipping or will be available for pickup if you choose that option at checkout.
Join the Waitlist for Vietnamese Raw Hair

Vietnamese Raw hair is sold strictly on an in-stock basis; there is no pre-order option.

When Vietnamese raw hair is out of stock, customers can join the waitlist to be notified when the next monthly restock is available.

Restock availability varies monthly. Once restocked, raw hair will be available for immediate purchase and shipped according to the usual in-stock timeframe.

Customers are encouraged to join the waitlist early to secure availability in the upcoming restock window, and to be notified first when stock is available.

Standard Processing: Pre-ordered items require 5-7 business days BEFORE shipment.

Note that virgin pre-made wigs and coloured wigs/bundles/frontals/closures may require longer processing times. If the item is not in stock, please allow an additional 3-5 business days for pre-made wigs/custom colouring services.

Occasional Same-Day Collection: Only when explicitly stated as available. You will receive an email notifying you when your order is ready for pickup.

Virgin hair is generally not available for same-day collection or express delivery unless explicitly stated, which is signified by the ability to add it to cart without the pre-order notice. Pick-up is still available for pre-order items; however, this will only be possible after the required processing days have passed.

Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL) Orders:

Collection Orders (Pick Up In Store)
Same-day collection is available for in-stock products at our Welling salon. Items can always be picked up in store if you select “Pick Up In Store” at checkout. However, if the item is not currently in stock, the standard processing times will apply before it becomes available for collection. Collection is free of charge.

Booking an Appointment with RaysHairHub
If you wish to book an appointment with RaysHairHub for the hair you purchased, please select PICK UP IN STORE option at checkout.
For In-Stock Products:
Installations for in-stock products will be available 5 days after purchase. You can book your appointments 5 days from your date of purchase via rayshairhub.as.me. Please contact info@rayshairhub.com if there is any confusion.
Pre-Order Products:
After purchasing virgin pre-order bundles or a unit, book an installation date at least 10 days after purchase via rayshairhub.as.me.
If purchasing Vietnamese raw bundles, please ensure the bundles are in stock and have arrived before booking your appointment with RHH.
Steps for Booking:

Pay the deposit at booking; the remaining balance is due on the installation day.

Important Notes:

During busy periods orders, especially complex orders(e.g., dyeing services), processing may take longer.

Processing times are separate from shipping times.

Pre-orders may arrive sooner than the estimated timeframe, but delays are accounted for to ensure accuracy.

When ordering bundles and frontals/closures, a minimum of 2 pcs (e.g., frontal + 1 bundle or 2 bundles) are required to fulfil the order. This does not apply if you are picking up the order in person, then ordering 1 pc is allowed.
Important Customer Information
Incorrect Shipping Details:
Customers are responsible for entering accurate shipping details during checkout.
If an incorrect address is provided, a redelivery fee of £6.20 will apply, along with the new shipping fee.
Lost or Missing Parcels:
Once a parcel is marked "Delivered" by the courier, RaysHairHub is not responsible for loss or theft.
We do not refund or reship parcels marked as delivered.
Customs and Duties:
International shipments may incur customs duties or fees, which are the customer’s responsibility.
Delayed Shipments:
Delays may occur during busy periods, public holidays, strikes, or other external factors. Customers are advised to order well in advance of important events.
Tracking:
A tracking number is provided once your parcel is dispatched. Use it to follow your order’s journey.
