At RaysHairHub, we strive to ensure your orders are processed and delivered promptly. Below, we provide comprehensive information regarding shipping, delivery times, processing durations, and other essential details. Please review the following policies to ensure a smooth ordering experience:
Key Distinction: Raw Hair vs. Virgin Hair
- Raw Hair:
- Sold strictly on an in-stock basis and updated regularly. We aim to re-stock on a monthly basis; it will be made clear through our social medias @RaysHairHub.
- Raw hair, that is in-stock, is available for same-day collection from our Welling location or next-day delivery (see details below).
- Raw hair typically only consists of raw bundles, not currently stocking raw frontals/closures
- Virgin Hair:
- Generally not available for same-day collection unless otherwise stated. Virgin hair requires additional time for shipment to us before dispatch or pick-up.
- Virgin hair consists of bundles, frontals, closures, pre-made wigs and pre-coloured hair.
We frequently update our stock to reflect available products.
How to Identify Pre-Order and In-Stock Products
Here's how to distinguish between in-stock and pre-order items when browsing our collections:
In-Stock Products:
- When a product is available for immediate purchase, the listing will display an "Add to Cart" button.
- These items are available for quick dispatch, typically shipped within 2-3 business days, or eligible for same-day collection (for raw hair only) during business hours.
Pre-Order Products:
Products available on a pre-order basis will be clearly marked with a "ADD TO CART-Pre-Order". This means the item requires additional processing time before shipment. The specific details vary depending on the product type:
- Raw Hair Pre-Orders
- Pre-ordering raw hair means securing it in the upcoming monthly restock.
- Availability for restocks varies from month to month, and once restocked, your order will be processed and shipped according to the advertised timeframe.
- Orders will only be shipped when all items are ready. To receive in-stock items sooner, place a separate order.
- Customers are encouraged to pre-order raw hair early to ensure availability in the next restock window.
- These windows will be made clear via our social medias @RaysHairHub
- Virgin Hair Pre-Orders
- Virgin hair is primarily offered on a pre-order basis however the processing times and much shorter than raw hair.
- Once pre-ordered, virgin hair requires a 5-7 business day processing period, during which the item is prepared for shipment. Note that Virgin Pre-made wigs and coloured wigs/bundles/frontals/closures can be subjected to a slightly longer processing times highlighted below.
- After processing, the product will be shipped to you within a couple of days, depending on the delivery method selected at checkout.
By displaying this clear distinction between in-stock and pre-order items, we aim to provide you with full transparency, allowing you to plan your purchases effectively. Always review product descriptions for specific timelines and details before checkout.
Shipping Days:
We process and ship orders Monday through Friday. Orders placed during the weekend or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Processing Times
Raw Bundles (In-Stock):
- Standard Processing: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days before shipment.
- Same-Day Collection: Available for raw hair in stock from the Vee Beauty Salon, Welling during business hours (Tuesday-Saturday, 10 AM - 6 PM).
- Next-Day Delivery Option: Available for orders placed before the daily cut-off time (see delivery section).
Virgin Hair (Pre-Order or Limited In-Stock)
- Standard Processing: Pre-ordered items require 5-7 business days before shipment.
- Occasional Same-Day Collection: Only when explicitly stated as available.
- Virgin hair is generally always available but not for same-day collection or next day delivery unless explicitly stated, which is signified by you being able to add it to cart, without pre-order coming up.
- Note that virgin pre-made Wigs and Coloured Wigs/Bundles/Frontals/Closures may require longer processing times. If the item is not in stock, please allow an additional 5-7 business days for pre-made wigs/custom colouring services. Processing times may extend further during busy seasons or sales periods.
Products & Accessories (coming soon)
- Like raw hair, works on an in-stock basis.
- Processing Time: 2-3 days before shipment.
- Same day collection: available if product/accessory is in stock
- Next-Day Delivery Option: Available for orders placed before the daily cut-off time (see delivery section).
Custom-Made Units (Coming soon)
Custom-made units are fully customised. Include plucking, bleaching, styling, colouring, and are tailored to your head measurements.
- Without Installation: Processing requires 15-20 business days, excluding shipping times.
- With Installation: Schedule your installation at least 20 days after purchase to allow for production and preparation.
BOOKING AN APPOINTMENT WITH RAYSHAIRHUB
For in stock products:
- Installations for in-stock products will be available 5 days after purchase. You can book you’re your appointments 5 days from your date of purchasing. Please contact me info@rayshairhub if there is any confusion.
Pre-Order Products:
- After purchasing a virgin pre-order bundles or a unit, book an installation date at least 10 days after purchase via rayshairhub.as.me.
- If purchasing raw bundles please make sure that the bundles are in stock and have arrived before booking your appointment with RHH.
Steps for booking:
- You are able to book and appointment at rayshairhub.as.me.
- When booking please select the option PURCHASED HAIR FROM US, this is so you are able to enjoy a discounted install due to you purchasing hair from us.
- Pay the deposit at booking; the remaining balance is due on the installation day.

Note: Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
Important Notes:
- During busy periods or for complex orders (e.g., dyeing services), processing may take longer.
- Processing times are separate from shipping times.
- Pre-orders may arrive sooner than the estimated timeframe, but delays are accounted for in our policy to ensure accuracy.
- When ordering bundles and frontals/ closures, a minimum of 2 pcs e.g. frontal and 1 bundle, or 2 bundles, are allowed to be ordered in order for your order to be fulfilled. this is not applied to if you are picking up the order in person, then you are allowed to order 1pcs

- Standard Delivery: £3.99 (5 days after processing).
- Next-Day Delivery: £5.99 (for orders placed before 1 PM, Monday-Friday)
- Express Delivery: £9.99 (delivery within 1-2 business days).
- Click & Collect: FREE (same-day collection available for in-stock items). Includes a 15% discount (this cannot be combined with larger online sales).
European Union (EU)
- Estimated delivery: 2-11 business days after processing.
- Cost: £20.00 (calculated at checkout).
- Note: Customs clearance may delay delivery due to Brexit.
United States & Canada
- Delivery via DHL, UPS, or FedEx.
- Estimated delivery: 2-5 business days after processing.
- Cost: £20.00 (calculated at checkout).
Africa (Nigeria & South Africa)
- Delivery via DHL, UPS, or FedEx.

Collection Orders
Same-day collection is available for in-stock raw hair at our Welling salon. Virgin hair is available for same-day collection only occasionally; otherwise, it requires shipping. Collection is free of charge.

Availability:
- Same-day collection is available for some UK orders. Please contact us via WhatsApp at wa.me/447354718088 to confirm availability.
- For raw hair in stock, same-day pick-up is available from The Vee Beauty Salon, Welling during business hours (Tuesday-Saturday, 10 AM - 6 PM).
Customs & Duties
- For international orders, please be aware that customs duties, taxes, or other fees may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. Please contact your local customs office for more information before placing an order.
- Brexit Impact: UK orders to the EU may experience delays due to customs clearance.
Important Customer Information
- Incorrect Shipping Details:
- Customers are responsible for entering accurate shipping details during checkout.
- If an incorrect address is provided, a redelivery fee of £6.20 will apply, along with the new shipping fee.
- Lost or Missing Parcels:
- Once a parcel is marked "Delivered" by the courier, RaysHairHub is not responsible for loss or theft.
- We do not refund or reship parcels marked as delivered.
- Customs and Duties:
- International shipments may incur customs duties or fees, which are the customer’s responsibility.
- Delayed Shipments:
- Delays may occur during busy periods, public holidays, strikes, or other external factors. Customers are advised to order well in advance of important events.
- Tracking:
- A tracking number is provided once your parcel is dispatched. Use it to follow your order’s journey

- Book Installations After Delivery: Only book hair appointments or consultations after receiving and inspecting your order. RaysHairHub will not be held responsible for missed or cancelled appointments due to delayed orders.
- Double-Check Your Basket: Ensure all details are correct before completing your purchase to prevent errors or delays, as RaysHairHub will not be held liable for this.
- Custom Colouring Orders: Place orders requiring custom colouring with sufficient lead time, especially if needed for a specific occasion.
- Account for Processing Times: Pre-orders, especially for custom-made items, should be placed with ample time to account for processing and delivery durations.
Final Notes
Orders are shipped using trusted carriers (Royal Mail, DHL, UPS, FedEx). Tracking details will be provided upon dispatch. Public holidays, strikes, or busy periods may extend delivery times. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
