SHIPPING, DELIVERY, AND BOOKING POLICY FOR RAYSHAIRHUB

Thank you for shopping with RaysHairHub. We are committed to providing high-quality products and excellent customer service. Please carefully review our policy below regarding shipping and deliveries.

At RaysHairHub, we aim to process and deliver every order as efficiently as possible. Please review the product availability, processing, delivery and collection information below before completing your purchase.

How to Identify Pre Order and In Stock Products

All products display an Add to Cart button. The button does not indicate whether a product is In Stock or available for Pre Order.

In Stock Products:

  • Only products displayed within our dedicated In Stock section are currently In Stock.

  • Our In Stock section contains selected Virgin Hair products.

  • In Stock orders are normally prepared for dispatch or collection within 1 to 3 business days.

  • Same day collection in Belvedere may be available by prior arrangement.

  • Same day collection is not guaranteed. Please contact us and wait for confirmation before travelling.

 

Pre Order Products:

  • Products displayed within our general Collections are available on a Pre Order basis.

  • This includes both Virgin Hair and Raw Hair products.

  • Pre Order products require processing before they can be dispatched or collected.

  • Please check the relevant product and payment processing timeframe before completing your purchase.

Shipping Days

We process and dispatch orders Monday to Friday. Orders placed during weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Processing Times

Virgin Hair Pre Orders:

  • Standard Virgin Hair products require 5 to 7 business days for processing.

  • Coloured Bundles, Frontals, Closures and Premade Wigs may require an additional 3 to 5 business days.

  • Processing must be completed before the order can be dispatched or collected.

  • Processing may take longer during sales, busy periods and public holidays.

 

Raw Hair Pre Orders:

  • Raw Hair 3 Bundle and 4 Bundle Deals require 6 to 8 business days for processing.

  • Raw Hair Bundle and Lace System Deals require 10 to 12 business days for processing.

  • A Lace System may be either a Frontal or Closure.

  • Processing must be completed before the order can be dispatched or collected.

  • Processing may take longer during sales, busy periods and public holidays.

 

In Stock Virgin Hair:

  • Selected Virgin Hair products are available within our dedicated In Stock section.

  • Orders are normally prepared for dispatch or collection within 1 to 3 business days.

  • Same day collection in Belvedere may be available by arrangement.

  • Same day collection is not guaranteed. Please contact us before travelling.

Sale Bundle Deals

  • Sale Bundle Deals are offered at a reduced promotional price for a limited time.

  • The number of Bundles included is stated within the product title.

  • All Bundles within the deal will be supplied in the texture and length selected when placing the order.

  • Product images are for reference and may display a different number of Bundles.

  • Sale Bundle Deals are available on a Pre Order basis unless the product is specifically displayed within our In Stock section.

  • Virgin Hair Sale Bundle Deals require 5 to 7 business days for processing.

  • Coloured Sale Bundle Deals may require an additional 3 to 5 business days.

  • Processing may take longer during major sales, busy periods and public holidays.

  • Sale products are subject to availability and may return to their original price once the promotion ends.

Buy Now Pay Later Orders

Virgin Hair:

  • Virgin Hair orders placed using Klarna or Clearpay require 8 to 10 business days for processing.

  • Once processing is complete, the order will be dispatched or prepared for collection.

 

Raw Hair:

  • Raw Hair orders placed using Klarna or Clearpay require an additional 5 to 6 business days on top of the applicable Raw Hair processing timeframe.

  • Once processing is complete, the order will be dispatched or prepared for collection.

Please consider the extended processing time before selecting Klarna or Clearpay as your payment method.

Products and Accessories Coming Soon

  • Products and Accessories will be available on an In Stock basis.

  • Orders will be prepared for dispatch or collection within 1 to 3 business days.

  • Same day collection may be available by arrangement when the product is In Stock.

Custom Made Units Coming Soon

Custom Made Units are prepared according to your selected specifications and may include construction, plucking, bleaching, colouring and styling.

  • Custom Made Units purchased without an installation require 15 to 20 business days for processing, excluding delivery time.

  • When booking an installation with RaysHairHub, schedule your appointment at least 20 days after purchasing to allow sufficient time for construction and preparation.

Delivery Options and Costs

United Kingdom:

  • Express UK Delivery costs £6.99.

  • Once processing is complete and the order has been dispatched, delivery normally takes 1 to 3 business days.

  • Pick Up in Store is free.

 

European Union:

  • Estimated delivery is 2 to 11 business days after processing, typically 4 to 6 business days.

  • Delivery costs £15.00 and are calculated at checkout.

  • Customs clearance may cause additional delays.

 

United States and Canada:

  • Orders are delivered using DPD, UPS or FedEx.

  • Estimated delivery is 2 to 11 business days after processing, typically 3 to 5 business days.

  • Delivery costs £20.00 and are calculated at checkout.

 

Africa, including Nigeria and South Africa:

  • Orders are delivered using DPD, UPS or FedEx.

  • Estimated delivery is 2 to 11 business days after processing.

  • Delivery costs £20.00 and are calculated at checkout.

 

Other International Destinations:

  • Estimated delivery is 2 to 11 business days after processing using DPD, UPS or FedEx.

  • Delivery costs £20.00 and are calculated at checkout.

Customs and Duties

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or additional fees charged by the destination country. These charges are determined by local customs authorities and are not included within the product price or delivery fee.

Customers are responsible for paying any applicable customs charges. Customs clearance may also extend the estimated delivery timeframe.

Collection Orders

Pick Up in Store is available for all orders. Pre Order products must complete the relevant processing timeframe before collection. Collection is free of charge.

Pick Up in Store:

  • Select Pick Up in Store during checkout.

  • You will receive an email when your order is ready for collection.

  • Collection is available from Belvedere by arrangement.

  • Please wait for confirmation before travelling.

  • Choosing collection does not reduce the processing timeframe of a Pre Order product.

  • If booking an installation with RaysHairHub, select Pick Up in Store during checkout.

 

Same Day Collection:

  • Same day collection is only available for selected products displayed within our In Stock section.

  • Same day collection must be arranged in advance and is not guaranteed.

  • Please contact us through WhatsApp at wa.me/447354718088 and wait for confirmation before travelling.

  • Pre Order products are not eligible for same day collection.

Booking an Appointment with RaysHairHub

The following installation guidance applies to eligible Virgin Hair purchased from RaysHairHub. It does not apply to Raw Hair orders.

If you are booking an installation using eligible Virgin Hair purchased from RaysHairHub, select Pick Up in Store during checkout.

In Stock Virgin Hair:

  • Book your installation at least 5 days after purchasing.

  • Please wait for confirmation that your hair is ready before attending your appointment.

 

Virgin Hair Pre Orders:

  • Book your installation at least 10 days after ordering.

  • Coloured Hair and Premade Wigs may require additional processing time.

  • Please consider the complete processing timeframe before selecting your appointment date.

 

Discounted Installation:

  • Book through rayshairhub.as.me and select Purchased Hair from Us.

  • The discounted installation price is available when your Virgin Hair purchase includes either one complete Wig Unit or one Lace System with three Bundles.

  • The appointment deposit is paid when booking. The remaining installation balance is due on the appointment day.

Important Notes

  • Processing times are separate from delivery times.

  • Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.

  • Orders placed during weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

  • Processing may take longer during sales, busy periods, public holidays or for orders requiring colouring.

  • Pre Orders may occasionally be completed sooner, but earlier completion is not guaranteed.

  • Choosing Pick Up in Store does not reduce the processing timeframe.

  • Please review your selected product, quantity, texture, length, Lace System and delivery method before completing your purchase.

Important Customer Information

Incorrect Shipping Details:
Customers are responsible for entering accurate shipping details during checkout. If an incorrect address is provided, a redelivery fee of £6.20 will apply alongside the new delivery fee.

Lost or Missing Parcels:
If your tracking shows that your parcel has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact us as soon as possible. We will open an investigation with the courier and may request supporting information. Any resolution will be provided after the courier investigation and available delivery evidence have been reviewed.

Customs and Duties:
International orders may incur customs duties, import taxes or additional fees. These charges are the customer’s responsibility.

Delayed Shipments:
Delays may occur during sales, busy periods, public holidays, strikes or other circumstances outside our control. Please order well in advance of important events.

Tracking:
Tracking information will be provided once your parcel has been dispatched.

Recommendations for Customers

  • Plan Ahead: Allow enough time for both processing and delivery, particularly for Pre Orders, Sale Bundle Deals and coloured products.

  • Book Carefully: Follow the Virgin Hair installation booking timeframes and wait for confirmation that your order is ready.

  • Check Your Basket: Review your product, quantity, texture, length, Lace System and delivery information before completing your purchase.

  • Custom Colouring: Place orders requiring colouring with additional time, especially when purchasing for a specific occasion.

  • Review Processing Times: Processing times vary according to the product and payment method selected.

Final Notes

Orders are shipped using trusted carriers including Royal Mail, DPD and FedEx. Tracking information will be provided after dispatch.

Public holidays, strikes, sales and busy periods may extend processing or delivery times. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
