Returns, Refunds and Cancellations Policy for RayHairHub

Thank you for shopping with RaysHairHub. We are committed to providing high-quality products and excellent customer service. Please carefully review our policy below regarding returns and refunds.

General Policy

  • Final Sale: All sales are final due to hygiene and safety laws. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on hair extensions, wigs, or custom-made items.
  • Order Review: It is the customer's responsibility to carefully review their order before completing a purchase. If you have questions, contact us at info@rayshairhub.com, and we will assist you.

Returns

We only accept returns in the following situations:

  • If you received the wrong item or a defective/damaged product, you may be eligible for a return or partial refund.
  • Timeframe: You must notify us of any issues within 72 hours of receiving your order.
  • Condition: The item must be unused, in its original condition, with all tags, packaging, and any free gifts included.
  • Items altered in any way (washed, brushed, coloured, cut, or worn) are not eligible for return.

To initiate a return:
Email returns@rayshairhub.com with your full name, order number, and photos of the issue. If approved, we will provide a return address and detailed instructions. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Refunds

  • Eligibility: Refunds are only issued for items returned due to errors or defects.
  • Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email confirming the approval or rejection of your refund. 
  • We reserve the right to refuse or adjust the refund if the product shows signs of use or damage.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
  • If your refund has not been received after 20 business days, contact us at returns@rayshairhub.com.

No Exchanges Policy

Exchanges are not available for any orders. If you would like to purchase a different product, you must follow the return process for the original item (if eligible) and place a separate order for the desired product. This approach ensures clarity and efficiency, allowing you to receive the correct item without delays.

Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

  • Hair Extensions and Bundles: Opened, worn, or tampered hair extensions are non-returnable.
  • Pre-made Wig Units: Due to hygiene regulations, all custom-made and pre-made wig units are final sale and non-refundable. This includes ready-made and custom raw wig units, please ensure accurate measurements, if you need further help email support@rayshairhub.com.
  • Custom Orders: Items made to specific measurements or specifications are not eligible for return. Please ensure accurate measurements when placing custom wig orders.
  • Wig Adhesives and Accessories: All wig adhesives, styling products, and accessories are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded for hygiene and safety reasons.

Damages and Issues

  • We thoroughly inspect and photograph all items and parcels before shipment to ensure quality and accuracy. We request that you inspect your order upon receipt and notify us immediately to report an issue. If the issue is confirmed, we will work with you to provide a resolution, which may include a replacement, partial refund, or other appropriate action.

Delivery Issues

  • Late or Delayed Deliveries: Delays caused by couriers are not eligible for refunds.
  • Missing Parcels: In the event of a missing parcel, we will assist you in investigating the issue with the courier. Once the courier’s investigation is complete, we will work with you to determine the appropriate resolution. Please ensure your delivery address is accurate at the time of purchase, as we cannot take responsibility for parcels lost due to incorrect address details.

Fraud and Chargebacks

  • Fraudulent orders or chargebacks are taken seriously and may result in a permanent ban from www.rayshairhub.com.
  • Please note that chargeback disputes can only be made within 10 days of receiving your order. After this time, we will be unable to process the dispute.

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders cannot be canceled under any circumstances. Please ensure all details, including product selection, specifications, and measurements, are correct before completing your purchase.
