How long does the hair last?
With the correct hair care routine and proper maintenance our hair can last.
- Virgin hair: 2-3 years
- Raw hair: 4-5 years (if properly maintained can be longer)
How many bundles would you recommend?
The suggested bundle quantities below cater to different hairstyle lengths. You can customise the amount based on whether you prefer a thinner or fuller look. Please note that longer bundles (28" and above) tend to have shorter wefts, so adjust your selection accordingly.

What is double drawn hair?
Vietnamese double drawn bundles
→ Single drawn hair is the standard thickness of hair extensions
Contains around 50% full length hairs and 50% varied length hairs so it tapers off towards the end
→ double drawn hair is thick from root to tip > contains around 70-80% of the same length density.

Can the hair be dyed/bleached?
- Yes, since our extensions are 100% Raw/Virgin hair, they can be dyed.
- Raw hair can be dyed up to 613.
- Virgin hair can be dyed up to colour 27.
- Note that dyeing carries the same risks as with natural hair, so we recommend professional assistance.
Why do longer lengths require more bundles?
When buying hair bundles, longer lengths, like 30 inches, typically have a smaller weft compared to shorter lengths, such as 12 inches. This is because hair is sold by weight, usually in 100-gram increments, and longer strands require more length to reach that weight.
As a result, the weft for longer hair is thinner, with the strands more spread out, which makes the bundle appear less dense or full. To achieve the same volume or thickness as shorter lengths, you may need to purchase additional bundles when opting for longer hair, since the weight is distributed over a greater length of hair.
Can the hair be straightened?
Yes, our extensions can be:
- straightened
- curled
- and blown out
However, frequent heat styling can cause heat damage and alter the curl pattern.
What to expect for your first time wearing lace?
Lace closures and frontals are excellent for protecting your natural hair. For a realistic look, bleach the knots and pluck the hairline.
However, lace is delicate and requires careful handling, as it can easily tear if pulled or mishandled.

What do you recommend I use to revive my bundles and lace system after sometime?
Step 1: Use shampoo and use your hands to rake through your hair to deep clean it then rinse it out.
Step 2: Fill up 1/4 of a bucket with warm water and conditioner and leave your hair in for 4 hours or more depending on the state of your hair and then rinse it out.
Step 3: Air dry your hair. (Try not to blow dry your hair as heat can damage your hair)

How do I know if my order is confirmed?
You will receive a confirmation email instantly after purchase. If you do not receive this , please contact us immediately to confirm your order.
Can I change my shipping address after my order is placed?
We want you to receive your order as soon as possible , unfortunately once your order is placed this cannot be changed. If you have made an error - please contact us immediately to possibly rectify this for you.
When should I order hair if I’m booking with RAYSHAIRHUB on pre-order?
For pre-order virgin bundles or units, book your installation at least 10 days after purchase. For raw bundles, ensure they're in stock and delivered before scheduling.

Unfortunately, once you have placed your order, it can no longer be cancelled.
Do you offer returns or exchanges?
Due to the nature of our products all sales are final meaning:
We do not offer exchange or refunds unless there is a flaw with the product due to our mistake.
All products are quality checked and photographed before shipping.
To report a flaw you can contact us at support@rayshairhub.com with your name and order number. Once you have emailed us we ask that you wait up to 24-48 hours for a response.
What if there are damages or issues?
All items and parcels are photographed before shipment and thoroughly inspected by us. We ask that you also inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
What is classified as a Custom-made Unit?
All custom orders will be stated as a custom order in its product description.
Custom-made unit is a fully personalised wig tailored to your specific needs. It includes plucking, bleaching, styling, colouring, and adjustments to fit your head measurements.
