• Please allow 5 to 7 business days for processing before dispatch or collection
• Coloured Bundles, Frontals, Closures and Premade Wigs may require an additional 3 to 5 business days
• Processing may take longer during sales, busy periods and public holidays

Buy Now Pay Later Orders

• Orders placed using Klarna or Clearpay require 8 to 10 business days for processing
• Once processing is complete, your order will be dispatched or prepared for collection

In Stock Virgin Hair

• Selected Virgin Hair products are available within our dedicated In Stock section
• Orders are dispatched within 1 to 3 business days or prepared for collection
• Same day collection may be available in Belvedere by arrangement
• Same day collection is not guaranteed, so please contact us before travelling

Booking an Installation

• For In Stock Hair, book your appointment at least 5 days after purchasing
• For Pre Order Hair, book your appointment at least 10 days after ordering
• Book through rayshairhub.as.me and select Purchased Hair from Us to receive the discounted installation price

The discounted installation is available when your hair purchase includes either:

• One complete Wig Unit

or
• One Lace System with three Bundles

All sales are final and orders cannot be cancelled or exchanged. Returns are only considered if an item arrives incorrect, damaged or defective. Any issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery, and the item must remain unused, unaltered and in its original packaging.
